WAYS TO ENJOY BAX BOTANICS

CHERRY RICKEY

INGREDIENTS

40ml Bax Botanics Verbena
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml cherry syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice

RECIPE

Make a cherry syrup with fresh or frozen cherries. Cook gently the sieve and sweeten the juice a little then return to the pan to heat through and thicken a little. This will keep in the fridge for up to a week.

Combine all the ingredients in a glass, garnish with cherries and lime and serve with a straw.

Combine and enjoy!

SOUTHSIDE

INGREDIENTS

50ml Bax Botanics Verbena
20ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
10-12 mint leaves – smacked
A few ice cubes
Fresh mint to garnish

RECIPE

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a mint leaf – optional.

BRUNCH NOTINI

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
• 1 tsp Bergamot and orange marmalade
• 25ml Blood orange juice
• 12.5ml Tonic syrup
• Ice

RECIPE

Shake with ice and strain into a glass, garnish with orange wheels and blooms.

Valencia Meets Pomelo

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
• 10ml Fresh lime juice
• 25ml simple sugar syrup
• 3 spruce tips 3cm long (or a 2cm strip of grapefruit zest)
• Sea salt
• Ice

RECIPE

Salt the rim of your glass by wiping around it with half a like and dipping it in sea salt. Muddle the spruce tips (or grapefruit zest) in a shaker, add the Bax Sea Buckthorn, lime juice, syrup and a few cubes of ice. Shake very well and strain into the glass.
