2 oz Rye Whiskey (or AF alternative)
1/2 oz Blood Orange Saffron Element Shrub
1/4 oz sweet vermouth (or AF alternative)

Stir and strain. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated blood orange and a @luxardousa cherry.
4 oz frest tomatillo juice
2 oz Honeydew Jalapeño Element Shrub
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp horseradish
*Purée two to three tomatillos in a blender with an ounce or two of water.

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Give it a quick shake to incorporate the horseradish and then pour everything into a Collins glass.

This drink is really interesting and incredibly delicious. It is bright, tangy and spicy in all the right ways. The mouthfeel is perfect and exactly what you would get from a spicy Bloody Mary but there is no vodka or tequila in this one. Obviously no bias here.

While 2oz of shrub in this may seem like a lot it is really well balanced.
1.5 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
3/4 oz Pineapple Turmeric Element Shrub
3/4 oz Fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Throw it all into a shaker with some ice. Shake and strain.
