Add all ingredients expect Sparkling White. Shake and strain into coupette glas and top with Sparkling White. Garnish with mint leaves.

3 cl citron
3 cl Creme de Mure
1,5 cl Gomme

Mix all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a lowball glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaves & blackberry
