Italian #prebatch has no other wish than to offer tannins, cherries, liquorice and a woody spiciness. Doesn’t taste like a wine, but will replace a medium-bodied red one. We drink Italian with BBQ, tomato dishes and red meats. Or on its own! Serve at around 64 degrees F.
