Give us the scoop! When did Ritual Zero Proof start and why?
Ritual Zero Proof was founded in 2019 with a mission to redefine social drinking by offering high-quality, non-alcoholic alternatives. The idea stemmed from recognizing the need for sophisticated, non-alcoholic options for those seeking a mindful lifestyle without compromising taste or experience.
We're excited about the Aperitif. Anything other products coming out this year that we should be excited about?
At this moment, we're fully focused on our existing lineup and ensuring that each offering, including the Aperitif, continues to meet and exceed expectations. While there are no immediate plans for new product launches, we're constantly exploring ways to elevate and innovate within our current range to provide the best non-alcoholic options for our customers.
Which is your favorite Ritual Zero Proof expression?
As an Account Manager, I've seen the popularity of various expressions. Personally, my favorite(s) are tied to be our Aperitif and Gin Alternatives. I love creating a refreshing NA Negroni using both of these expressions – it brings out the nuanced flavors beautifully.
Tell us more about your approach to making non-alcoholic spirits.
RZP's approach centers on meticulous craftsmanship and using the finest ingredients to replicate the complexity and depth of traditional spirits. We focus on a blend of botanicals, flavors, and techniques to ensure an authentic drinking experience without any of the alcohol.
What’s the best and worst feedback you’ve gotten about Ritual Zero Proof?
The best feedback often revolves around the authenticity of taste and the positive impact on lifestyle choices. Constructive criticism has helped us refine our offerings, focusing on enhancing certain flavor profiles or aspects of the drinking experience.
What’s the number one thing you wish customers knew about NA spirits?
We aim to convey that non-alcoholic spirits aren't just substitutes but unique, crafted beverages that offer an experience parallel to traditional alcoholic drinks without the effects of alcohol.
