Jen started Kin in a makeshift chemistry-lab -meets-herb house in Seattle, Washington, but her story begins nearly two decades prior. The daughter of a desert moonshine distiller, Jen has been in the social libation industry since grade school. The decade to follow found her in the hospitality world. As the only Latinx founder in the Future of Drink space, Jen is looking to change the landscape and culture of drinking to become one that is more connection, more joyous —and better for the soul.
Why alcohol free?
- Because drinking together can be fully spirited and uplifting at the same time. I realized that drinking could feel, taste and look a lot different.
