1/4oz Lyre’s Orange Sec
Scoop vanilla ice cream
1 oz Thomson and Scott “Noughty” Alcohol-Free Sparkling Chardonnay
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake without ice and pour into a coupe
Top with bubbly
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
