FAQs

You've got questions and we've got answers (we hope!)

PRODUCT & STOCK

What types of products do you offer?

In short, we offer alcohol-free, zero proof, booze-free, non-alcoholic drinks (or whichever name you choose to identify with). There are so many options to choose from! We've got non-alcoholic drinks ranging from alternative spirits to beer to functional beverages to cocktail mixers to wine and apéritifs! SIPPLE's co-founder, Danny Frounfelkner, is always chatting with new makers so if there's something you want to see us sell, shoot him an email.

Do you have inventory on hand?

SIPPLE™ is Texas' first 100% alcohol-free bottle shop based out of Houston, TX. All inventory is located in our shop and is available for both in store purchases and online ordering with local pickup.

How can I find a specific product or brand?

Great question! We're committed to bringing you the best of the best in the non-alcoholic drinks world and we're here to make it easy for you! Our navigation is set up to search by brand or by drink type. We've also set up unique filters on our All Products Collection page that makes it easy to shop around!

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Unfortunately, no. All of the prices you see listed on the site are price-matched to what you'll find on our brand's websites. It's a start-up world out there and most of our brands have only been around since 2020, so we're unable to offer heavy discounts at this time.

Are all of your products non-alcoholic drinks?

While most of our products are non-alcoholic (less than .5% ABV), we do carry some that use alcohol as a preservative. The term non-alcoholic applies to anything with an ABV of less than .5%.

So, which of our drinks contain alcohol?

Our bitters contain alcohol used as a preservative and are considered non-potable, meaning you wouldn’t chug the whole bottle on its own. Bitters can be sold in grocery stores because they are used like vanilla extract (also generally bottled at about 80-90 proof) and a little goes a long way. Adding 1/2 tablespoon of bitters to 6 oz of soda water makes for a drink that’s about 0.5% alcohol. You couldn’t drink it fast enough to feel the effects. But we know some folks are super sensitive to alcohol, so we make sure everyone knows what’s in our bitters.

Can I drink non-alcoholic drinks if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?

The short answer is: always consult your physician. We are not licensed medical professionals and even though the majority are 100% non-alcoholic, we always recommend consulting with your physician if you're unsure. We've also included a nifty FAQ section on each product page where you can find each product's advisory!

Do non-alcoholic drinks need to be refrigerated after opening?

Each product is different. Some like it hot and some like it cold! We always recommend referring to each product's label for the best way to enjoy your drink!
