Breathwork for Kids & Teens
Join us at 3pm on the 3rd Sunday of every month for a breathwork session for Kids and Teens! We invite parents to participate with their children in our sessions! These short and interactive sessions offer an introduction to breathwork while our children's brains are still in a neuroplastic state, allowing them to develop the necessary neural pathways that will assist them in instilling resilience and emotional regulation skills that act as a preventative measure against future mental health struggles. This proactive approach helps kids and teens manage stress and anxiety before they escalate into more significant issues, creating a foundation for lifelong well-being.
